Assess student performance through periodic tests, assignments, and speaking activities. Provide remedial support to students struggling with language fundamentals. Collaborate with subject coordinators to design cross-curricular projects involving English literature and history.
Attend weekly staff meetings to discuss academic progress and classroom challenges. Maintain records of lesson plans, student portfolios, and assessment reports for school audits.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in English from a recognized university is mandatory. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required for teaching eligibility in Uttar Pradesh. TET/CTET certification will be considered an added advantage during selection.
