Role Summary (Inclusive practices)

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching English as a second language and will be committed to developing and implementing inclusive teaching practices that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach English language and literature to students from diverse backgrounds and with varying learning needs
- Develop and implement inclusive lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Assess and address the learning needs of students with special educational needs or English language learners
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion
- Provide support and guidance to students who require additional academic or pastoral support
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and knowledge of inclusive education

We are looking for a teacher who is committed to diversity and inclusion and has the following competencies:
- Experience in teaching English as a second language
- Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and strategies
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students

- Experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying learning needs

Requirements:

- No TET certification required
