Teaching Approach

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans on Political Science topics, aligning with the CBSE curriculum
- Conduct regular classes and workshops for students, using interactive methods and multimedia resources
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and exams, providing constructive feedback
- Develop and maintain a well-equipped classroom environment, using digital resources and educational tools
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Mentor students on research projects and academic writing, guiding them through the research process
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and initiatives
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meetings and events, fostering a positive relationship with parents
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related field (MA/ M.Sc)
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- CTET/ TET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- 4 years of experience in teaching Political Science at the secondary or senior secondary level
