Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished PGT Business Studies Teacher to join our faculty at St Xavier High Schiil in Tamkuhi Raj, Kushinagar. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Business Studies to students from classes VI to XII. As a PGT Business Studies Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to students from classes VI to XII
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans, assessments, and assignments
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who require extra help
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Participate in school events, competitions, and activities that promote Business Studies
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
- Stay up-to-date with developments in Business Studies and incorporate best practices into teaching
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related field
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification, with a strong emphasis on teaching and learning
- Two years of experience in teaching Business Studies at a school level
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to student success
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.30,000 - Rs.55,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
