Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students to improve their performance in Economics.
Organize subject-related activities such as quiz competitions, debates, and economic survey projects.
Collaborate with other senior teachers to align Economics curriculum with CBSE guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and progress reports for each Economics student.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development programs.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Economics with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a NCTE-recognized institution.
Prior teaching experience of at least 2 years in PGT Economics in a senior secondary school.
TET/CTET certification will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
Fixed monthly salary between Rs.30,000 and Rs.55,000 based on qualification and experience.
