Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Post-graduate degree in English with minimum 50% marks.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
- Two years of English teaching experience in a school.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Basic computer skills for digital attendance and report generation.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET certificate.
- Experience in CBSE or UP board schools.
- Familiarity with smart classroom tools.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to engage students through interactive methods.
- Patience and adaptability in diverse classroom settings.
- Time management for lesson planning and correction.
- Willingness to mentor students for board exams.
