Role Summary
St Xavier High Schiil in Tamkuhi Raj, Kushinagar seeks a Prt Academic Coordinator to strengthen its academic leadership team. The role demands oversight of curriculum planning, assessment systems, and teacher support programs across primary and upper primary sections. Coordination with school heads and subject coordinators is central to daily operations.
What You Will Do
1. Develop and align annual academic plans with the school’s vision and local educational needs in Kushinagar.
2. Monitor classroom delivery standards and ensure adherence to NCERT guidelines in all subjects.
3. Organize and conduct regular teacher training sessions on pedagogy and classroom management.
4. Maintain accurate academic records, progress reports, and student assessment data.
5. Coordinate internal assessments, remedial programs, and enrichment activities for diverse learners.
6. Liaise with parents during PTMs to explain academic policies and student performance trends.
7. Introduce innovative learning tools and digital resources to enhance teaching-learning outcomes.
8. Prepare quarterly academic reports and present them to the school management.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Candidates should have basic computer proficiency in MS Office and school management software. Prior experience in academic coordination or school administration is preferred.
