Day-to-Day Duties
1. Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the school, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Assist the Principal in implementing school policies, programs, and initiatives.
3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute curriculum development and implementation.
5. Manage school resources, including budget, staff, and facilities.
6. Participate in school development and planning, including strategic planning and goal setting.
7. Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff on matters of pedagogy, curriculum, and school policies.
8. Represent the school in local and state-level educational forums and events.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this VICE PRINCIPAL position, candidates should possess a postgraduate degree from a recognized university. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is essential for any teaching positions within the school. TET or CTET certification is not mandatory for this non-teaching role, but computer proficiency is a must.
