Oxford Public School has a proud history of serving the educational needs of the children of Lakhimpur Kheri since its inception in June 1991. The school was established by the Bhagat Azad Education and Rural Upliftment society with a mission to provide genuine and holistic education in a stress-free environment to the rural community. We have been fortunate enough to have grown into a unique organization with significant contributions to education, and it is our aim to continue to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Our school is more than just a place of learning - it is a community that shares a common vision of preparing children for life and enabling them to become better individuals. We believe in promoting the development of our students through a combination of physical, intellectual, socio-emotional, and spiritual growth. Our teaching philosophy is built around innovative approaches to curricular and co-curricular learning experiences, which we believe are essential to the overall development of our students. We take pride in our serene and beautiful campus, which is located amidst lush green fields, free from noise and pollution, creating an ideal atmosphere for studious pursuits.
Our curriculum is designed to cater to the diverse needs of our students and is in accordance with the Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) pattern of education. In addition to major subjects, we lay emphasis on co-scholastic areas like life skills, attitudes, values, sports, games, and co-curricular activities. We encourage our students to participate in a variety of activities, including inter-house competitions, inter-school competitions, educational trips, and scouts and guides programmes. Our students are also encouraged to take part in National Talent Search examinations and Olympiads. We believe in involving the community in our activities and celebrating our rich cultural heritage, thus organizing and participating in various festivals, seminars, conferences, and lectures to promote awareness on issues like national integrity, environment, and health.
