Royal Academy in Lalitpur seeks a dedicated PGT Business Studies Teacher to guide students through advanced business concepts in a dynamic school environment. This role requires expertise in corporate finance, marketing strategies, and entrepreneurial principles, tailored to senior high school curricula. You will shape future business leaders by designing engaging lectures, case studies, and real-world simulations that bridge theory with practical applications.
Your responsibilities will include developing syllabi aligned with national education standards, delivering interactive sessions on topics like management accounting, business ethics, and international trade. Incorporating industry visits, guest lectures, and role-play exercises will enhance students’ analytical and decision-making skills. Assessing performance through projects, presentations, and periodic exams ensures a holistic understanding of business fundamentals.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential, complemented by a strong academic background in business studies. Four years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar subject or at the senior secondary level, is mandatory. While TET/CTET certifications are not mandatory for this role, they will be an added advantage.
