Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present financial reports to the school's leadership and management
* Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for budget planning and resource allocation
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, student fees, and other financial transactions
* Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
* Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
* Coordinate with the school's leadership and management to prepare annual budgets and financial plans
* Analyze and interpret financial data to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
* Postgraduate degree (MBA, M.Com, or equivalent) in finance or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management in an educational institution or a related field
* Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements
* Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Tally and Excel

* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
* Proficiency in English and Hindi, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages
