About This Role
The City Montessori School is looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor for its Admission Counsellor Recruitment in Uttar Pradesh. This full-time role involves managing enquiries, guiding parents, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth admissions. You will be the first point of contact for prospective families seeking admission at The City Montessori School.
What You Will Do
1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins regarding admissions with patience and clarity.
2. Conduct campus tours and present the school’s vision and facilities to visitors.
3. Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow up with parents as needed.
4. Assist in organizing open house events and admission drives in Lucknow and nearby areas.
5. Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare admission brochures and digital content.
6. Verify and process admission forms while ensuring all documents are complete.
7. Provide updates to senior leadership on admission trends and feedback from parents.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in any discipline. Prior experience of at least 3 years in admission counselling, preferably in a school or educational institution, is required. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and internet usage is essential.
Skills We Value
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English are a must. The ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and strong organizational skills will help you succeed. Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry will be an added advantage.
Perks and Pay
