2. Coordinate with mentors, students, and external partners for project-based learning initiatives under the ATL framework.
3. Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and consumables; submit procurement requests as needed.
4. Organize workshops, hackathons, and innovation challenges for students across different grades.
5. Document lab activities, student projects, and outcomes for reporting to school leadership.
6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ethical guidelines while handling lab resources.
7. Liaise with government bodies and nodal agencies for updates on ATL program directives.
8. Train student teams on advanced tools like 3D printers, robotics kits, and IoT modules.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of experience in a lab or innovation setup. Proficiency in basic computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and internet tools is essential. Prior exposure to school-level innovation labs or maker spaces will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience in managing maker spaces, robotics clubs, or innovation labs is highly desirable. Familiarity with Indian school education frameworks and government initiatives like Atal Innovation Mission is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary to engage students and mentors effectively.
