Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns for Sdk Academy, from content calendars to performance dashboards, ensuring alignment with academic calendars and festive seasons. Monitor daily analytics across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and school ERP-linked portals to adjust bids and creatives in real time. Oversee a small team of content creators and graphic designers, conducting weekly reviews to maintain brand voice and message consistency.
Coordinate with the admission and accounts teams to design lead magnets like free demo class sign-ups and parent webinars, tracking conversion funnels from click to enrollment. Produce monthly reports for the management, highlighting cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI by channel, presented in simple Hindi and English dashboards. Manage the school’s YouTube channel, editing short success stories of students and teachers for parent engagement.
Collaborate with external agencies for SEO audits and website redesigns, ensuring compliance with CBSE norms and accessibility standards for parents with varied digital literacy. Organize quarterly digital literacy workshops for staff and senior students to bridge gaps in online safety and platform usage. Represent Sdk Academy at local Lucknow digital marketing meetups and education summits to build partnerships and credibility.
Eligibility
Graduates with a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields are preferred. Minimum five years in digital marketing, with at least three years in education or EdTech sectors. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, and basic HTML/CSS is essential. Fluency in Hindi and English is required for content creation and stakeholder communication.
