Key Responsibilities

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address parent queries.
- Participate in school activities and events to promote Marathi language and culture.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of school policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve board results in Marathi.
- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest developments in Marathi language and literature.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
The selected candidate should have a post-graduate degree in Marathi or a related field. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is mandatory. NET or SET certification is preferred but not necessary. The candidate should have at least 3 years of teaching experience in Marathi and a strong track record of academic achievement.
