What You Will Do
1. Manage the music department, including staff, budget, and resources.
2. Organize and coordinate music events, competitions, and festivals.
3. Develop and implement music-related policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate music into the curriculum.
5. Supervise music-related activities, including concerts, performances, and rehearsals.
6. Manage music-related budgets, including purchases, inventory, and maintenance.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with local musicians, music schools, and organizations.
8. Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate should possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in music education or a related field. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is also essential.
