Assisting in preparing students for national-level English exams such as NTSE or NSTSE through targeted practice sessions.
Maintaining accurate grade records and communicating progress updates to parents through transparent reporting systems.
Collaborating with the English department to develop school-wide initiatives like literary clubs or language festivals.
Adapting teaching strategies to accommodate students with varying language proficiency levels.
Participating in curriculum reviews and professional development workshops to stay updated on pedagogical trends.
Ensuring classroom environments are well-prepared with teaching aids, textbooks, and digital resources.
Supporting extracurricular activities like school publications or drama performances where English skills are emphasized.
Maintaining high standards of classroom management while fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field with at least two years of teaching experience. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) qualification is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, it will be highly regarded.
