- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional development and basic communication skills.
- Organize classroom activities that encourage playful learning and activity-based teaching.
- Work closely with the teaching team to ensure seamless integration of English language skills across subjects.
- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student progress and identify areas of improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote English language skills and cultural awareness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new teaching methods and strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices in English language education.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in English literature or a related field. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is also required. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of three years of teaching experience in a nursery or kindergarten setting.
