Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver Hindi lectures for undergraduate courses in accordance with the college curriculum and academic calendar.
Design and update teaching materials, including lecture notes, presentations and assessment tools, ensuring relevance and academic rigor.
Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum review committees and college‑wide academic events.
Guide and mentor students on research projects, term papers and language proficiency improvement.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and other academic documentation as per institutional policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in Hindi with a minimum of 55% aggregate.
NET or SET qualification is essential; candidates with a Ph.D. will be given preference.
At least two years of full‑time teaching experience in a college or university setting.
Strong command of both Hindi and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Familiarity with modern pedagogical techniques, digital teaching tools and assessment methods.
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty and administration.
Work Environment
