The role involves overseeing academic programs, ensuring quality delivery, and supporting leadership in curriculum planning. Day-to-Day Duties
1. Monitor weekly and monthly academic schedules across grades and streams.
2. Coordinate with subject heads to align lesson plans with school objectives.
3. Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teams in Hindi and English.
4. Organize parent orientation sessions on curriculum changes and assessment patterns.
5. Maintain records of academic progress and share reports with the principal.
6. Plan and execute teacher training workshops in Lucknow or nearby centers.
7. Liaise with CBSE regional offices for affiliation and compliance updates.
8. Oversee the distribution of textbooks and digital resources to classrooms.
9. Assist in preparing Skd Academy for inspections and accreditation visits.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline
- B.Ed or M.Ed from a recognized university
- Minimum 4 years of school administration experience
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Experience with CBSE or state board systems
Good to Have
- NET or SET qualified
- Prior experience in Lucknow schools
- Familiarity with ERP or school management software
- Background in curriculum design or educational leadership
