PGT Accountancy Teacher Job in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Role Summary

The PGT Accountancy Teacher will plan and deliver lessons that align with the CBSE curriculum while leveraging these digital tools for interactive instruction. How You Will Teach
In the Accountancy Teacher Job in Lucknow, daily lessons will be supported by smart board demonstrations of Tally ERP and Excel templates for journal entries. Google Classroom will host assignments, practice sets, and self-paced quizzes for students in grades XI and XII. The LMS tracks progress and generates analytics to inform remediation plans.
Key Responsibilities
Create digital worksheets with real-world case studies for partnership and company accounts sections of the syllabus.
Upload video lectures and screencasts demonstrating ratio analysis and cash-flow statements for absent or slow learners.
Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions on Google Meet during evening windows published each week.
Grade assignments in Google Classroom and provide audio feedback using the built-in rubric tool.
Organize inter-house accountancy quizzes on Kahoot and publish leaderboards on the school’s LMS.
Coordinate with the IT department to troubleshoot student logins and content access issues.
Attend monthly training on new accounting software features introduced by CBSE or the NCERT.
Maintain a digital portfolio of student projects and share quarterly progress reports with parents via email.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Commerce with Accountancy as a main subject from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with Commerce specialization.
Minimum two years of teaching Accountancy at the senior secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Familiarity with CBSE Accountancy syllabus and sample papers for classes XI and XII.
Preferred Skills
Strong digital literacy with hands-on use of smart boards, Google Classroom, and LMS platforms.
Ability to design blended lessons using Excel, Tally ERP, and online quiz tools.
Experience creating screencasts and short explainer videos for accounting concepts.
