PGT Accountancy Teacher Job in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Role Summary

Skd Academy in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a PGT Accountancy Teacher to lead its Accountancy classes and create a strong foundation in financial literacy among students. The ideal candidate will have excellent teaching skills and the ability to motivate students to excel in the subject.
Your Students
=============
Our students come from diverse backgrounds, and we expect our teachers to be sensitive to these differences. You will be working with students who are eager to learn and grow, and you will play a crucial role in shaping their academic journey. Your students will be from various boards, including CBSE and UP Board, and they will be appearing for board exams.
Day-to-Day Duties
================
- Teach Accountancy classes to students of class 11 and 12.
- Prepare students for board exams, including CBSE and UP Board.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement academic activities.
- Provide guidance to students on career options and higher education.
- Participate in department-level meetings and contribute to academic planning.
- Mentor junior teachers and provide support in their professional development.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
Eligibility
==========
- Postgraduate degree in Commerce or related field (M.Com, M.A. in Economics, etc.).
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong understanding of Accountancy concepts and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE and UP Board syllabi.
