Conduct regular assessments, including unit tests, mock examinations, and viva sessions, to track conceptual clarity and exam readiness. Provide remedial support to students facing challenges in Genetics, Ecology, or Human Physiology through after-school doubt-clearing sessions. Collaborate with the Science Department to design interdisciplinary projects that link Biology with Environmental Science or Biotechnology. Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, attendance, practical notes, and assessment outcomes for each class section. Participate in school events such as Science exhibitions, seminars, and parent-teacher meetings to reinforce the importance of Biology in everyday life.
Required Qualifications
