Daily Responsibilities

Ensure students grasp fundamental concepts through structured teaching methods, including group discussions and practical exercises. Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere to encourage participation and curiosity.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and update syllabus-aligned lesson plans, incorporating recent business trends and industry updates. Collaborate with the academic team to assess student performance through quizzes, projects, and assignments, ensuring fair evaluation standards. Attend school meetings and workshops to stay updated on educational policies and teaching innovations. Participate in extracurricular activities, such as business competitions or guest lectures, to enrich students’ learning experiences.
Periodic Responsibilities
Conduct periodic parent-teacher interactions to discuss student progress and address any concerns regarding academic or behavioral development. Organize field trips or workshops with local businesses to provide hands-on learning opportunities in Sadar, Lucknow. Review and maintain updated records of student achievements, attendance, and progress reports for administrative purposes.
