Your Students

As a PGT Business Studies Teacher, you will work with students from diverse learning levels, including those with varying abilities and learning styles, to deliver high-quality education in Business Studies. Our inclusive classroom environment in Lucknow encourages creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication among students. You will be responsible for ensuring that all students, regardless of their abilities, receive the support they need to succeed in Business Studies.
Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning levels and abilities.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra help.
- Prepare and implement board-oriented lessons to prepare students for exams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental plans and policies.
- Participate in academic planning and coordination to promote student success.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for junior teachers and students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

To be considered for the PGT Business Studies Teacher position at Skd Academy, you must have a post-graduate degree in Business Studies or a related field and a valid B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification. At least 2 years of teaching experience in Business Studies, preferably in an Indian school setting, is required.
