6. Collaborate with other departments to integrate Business Studies with other subjects, promoting holistic learning and development.
7. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods, incorporating technology and multimedia resources to engage students.
8. Conduct regular evaluations of teaching staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
9. Ensure the department's resources, including textbooks, equipment, and digital tools, are up-to-date and utilized effectively.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you must possess a post-graduate degree in Business Studies, accompanied by a B.Ed degree. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is required, with a strong background in curriculum design and implementation. NET or SET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
