Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to students of classes 11 and 12.
- Lead the curriculum development and implementation, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines.
- Coach students for Board Exams, providing guidance on exam techniques and time management.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school events and activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Conduct remedial classes for students in need of extra support.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school development discussions.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence and innovation within the school.
Required Qualifications
A postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related field is essential for this role. In addition to academic qualifications, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is required for teaching positions. The City Montessori School prefers candidates with a Teachers' Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certification.
