Key Responsibilities

Organize weekly tests and analyze student performance trends. Guide students on higher studies and competitive exams in Economics. Mentor junior teachers in subject pedagogy and assessment design. Lead parent-teacher meetings to discuss academic progress. Coordinate inter-school Economics seminars and workshops.
Eligibility
Post-graduate degree in Economics with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. Must hold CTET certification and have three years of teaching experience. B.Ed or M.Ed is desirable. Prior experience in senior secondary board preparation is preferred. Knowledge of local academic trends in Lucknow will be an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive monthly salary between Rs.35,000 and Rs.70,000 based on experience and qualifications. Negotiable for strong candidates with proven board results.
