Your Students
You will be teaching students from Class 11 to Class 12, preparing them for the Uttar Pradesh Board exams. Your students are eager to learn and excel in Economics, and you will be their mentor and guide throughout their academic journey. You will be working closely with the Economics department to ensure that our students receive the best possible education.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Economics to Class 11 and Class 12 students, covering topics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, and international trade.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, ensuring that our students meet the academic standards set by the Uttar Pradesh Board.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement effective teaching methods to cater to the diverse learning needs of our students.
- Collaborate with other Economics teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on teaching methods and classroom management.
- Participate in academic planning and coordination with the school administration.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and provide feedback.
- Engage in school activities and events to promote Economics as a subject and encourage student participation.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Economics and incorporate these into your teaching practices.
- Work closely with the school administration to ensure that our students meet the academic standards set by the Uttar Pradesh Board.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics or a related field (M.A. Economics, M.Sc. Economics).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- CTET/NET/SET qualified.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Economics.
- Strong knowledge of the Uttar Pradesh Board curriculum and exam patterns.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent teaching skills and experience in Economics.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its applications.
Salary and Benefits
As a PGT Economics Teacher at Skd Academy, Gomti Nagar, you will be entitled to a salary of Rs.35,000 - Rs.70,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
