About This Role

Rbn Global School in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh invites applications for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Geography. As a PGT Geography Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Geography to students at the senior secondary level. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Geography teacher to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver lessons to students in Geography, ensuring they meet the curriculum objectives.
2. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
3. Develop and implement creative teaching methods to engage students.
4. Prepare and administer assessments, exams, and quizzes.
5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
6. Contribute to curriculum development and implementation.
7. Collaborate with other teachers to plan and coordinate school events.
8. Provide support to colleagues and mentor junior teachers.
9. Attend staff meetings and contribute to school decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Geography or a related subject (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com)
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree
- CTET/TET certification (not mandatory, but preferred)
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching Geography at the senior secondary level
- Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
