About This Role

Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach Hindi to students of Class XI and XII, following the CBSE syllabus and ensuring effective learning outcomes.
2. Prepare and deliver lessons, assessments, and evaluations to meet academic standards.
3. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating real-life examples and practical applications.
4. Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress.
5. Mentor junior teachers and colleagues on Hindi teaching methodologies and best practices.
6. Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and department-level responsibilities.
7. Collaborate with peers to design and implement innovative teaching strategies and assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a relevant subject (M.A. in Hindi)
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) qualification
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with computer-aided learning tools and educational technology
Salary and Benefits
