They design and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve in the digital age.
Day-to-Day Duties
As a PGT Hindi Teacher at The City Montessori School, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering lessons to students from class 9 to 12, using modern teaching tools and techniques.
- Creating and maintaining digital resources, such as e-modules and online tutorials.
- Using Google Classroom to share assignments, quizzes, and other study materials with students.
- Tracking student progress and providing regular feedback through our LMS.
- Conducting online assessments and exams, using digital tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes.
- Participating in staff development programs to enhance your digital literacy and teaching skills.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Engaging with parents and guardians through regular meetings and updates.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in Hindi (M.A.) with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed, and at least 3 years of experience in teaching Hindi at the high school level.
Preferred Skills
We are looking for a PGT Hindi Teacher who is proficient in using digital tools, such as online learning platforms, educational apps, and multimedia resources. You should be comfortable with using technology to create engaging lesson plans, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
