PGT Mathematics Teacher Job in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Role Summary
S R Global School uses smart boards, Google Classroom, and a school-wide LMS to run blended lessons every day. We expect a PGT Mathematics Teacher to plan and deliver these technology-enabled classes for Classes 11-12. Two years of senior secondary mathematics teaching experience is required; a postgraduate degree in Mathematics is mandatory.
How You Will Teach
Lessons will be a mix of live smart-board demonstrations, recorded concept videos, and interactive problem-solving on Google Jamboard. Homework and assignments will be pushed through Google Classroom and auto-graded quizzes will be created in the LMS. Revision tests will be scheduled on the LMS so students can practise at their own pace.
What You Will Do
Create weekly blended lesson plans that combine textbook content with digital simulations for topics like conic sections and calculus. Record 5-minute concept videos every week and upload them to the school YouTube channel for revision. Maintain an online question bank of 500+ MCQs in the LMS with instant feedback for students. Run Saturday live doubt-clearing sessions on Google Meet for students who need extra help. Grade term papers using Turnitin to check for plagiarism and give detailed rubric-based feedback. Coordinate with the IT team to update the LMS whenever new math tools like GeoGebra or Desmos are added. Attend monthly training sessions on new digital teaching tools organized by the school. Share student performance analytics from the LMS with parents during PTMs.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics from a recognized university. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required; TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory. Two years of full-time Mathematics Teacher Job in Lucknow teaching senior secondary classes is necessary.
