Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons for students in Painting, following the curriculum set by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education.
- Utilize digital tools to create engaging and interactive lessons, including smart boards, Google Classroom, and LMS.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback, using online tools to track student performance.
- Develop and implement a range of teaching materials, including e-books, interactive videos, and multimedia presentations.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for Painting.
- Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on effective teaching practices and classroom management.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of Painting-related policies and procedures.
- Conduct board-oriented preparation for students, including mock exams and practice tests.
- Provide guidance to students on career options and academic performance improvement strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Painting or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- CTET qualification is mandatory.
- NET or SET qualification is desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Painting at the senior secondary level.
