Develop curriculum-based activities that blend traditional Indian sports like kabaddi and cricket with modern fitness techniques. Ensure compliance with school policies on health and safety while fostering an inclusive environment for all students.
Plan and conduct daily Physical Education classes, including drills, team games, and individual training sessions. Collaborate with the school’s sports committee to organize inter-house competitions, outdoor events, and special sports days. Maintain equipment inventory and repair minor issues to keep facilities operational.
Teach basic first aid and emergency response procedures to students, aligning with school health protocols. Advise parents on physical activity guidelines and school sports participation. Mentor junior teachers in Physical Education teaching methods and classroom management.
