Role Summary
S R Global School, a renowned educational institution in Lucknow, is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Physics teacher to join our faculty as a PGT Physics Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to students from Class 9 to 12 and will be an integral part of our teaching team.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons to students of Classes 9 to 12
- Prepare and administer tests and exams to assess student progress
- Develop and implement effective teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Conduct remedial classes for students who require extra support
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in school events and activities to promote Physics education
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics and incorporate them into your teaching
- Provide guidance and support to students in their Physics projects and assignments
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Post Graduate in Physics (M.Sc./M.A.) from a recognized university
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution
- Valid TET/CTET certification (though not mandatory)
Good to Have
- PGCTE certification
- Experience of teaching Physics to students of Classes 9 to 12
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and examination pattern
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to learn Physics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
