Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a PGT Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Physics to senior secondary students, preparing them for board exams, and guiding them towards a successful academic career. Some key responsibilities include:
- Teaching Physics to classes 11 and 12
- Preparing students for board exams and coaching them for competitive exams
- Developing and implementing effective lesson plans and teaching strategies
- Conducting regular assessments and providing timely feedback to students
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and exam results
- Collaborating with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum changes
- Mentoring junior teachers and supporting the development of the Physics department
- Participating in school activities and events, such as parent-teacher meetings and academic fairs
- Staying updated with the latest developments in Physics education and incorporating them into teaching practices
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A post-graduate degree in Physics (M.Sc.) or a related field
- A B.Ed. degree from a recognized university
- At least three years of teaching experience in a senior secondary school
- A strong understanding of the Uttar Pradesh State Education Board (UPSEB) curriculum and exam patterns
- Proficiency in teaching English and Hindi medium students
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technology
