Your Students
As a PGT Political Science Teacher at Sdk Academy, E-block Rajajipuram, you will be teaching students from diverse learning levels, including those with special needs. What You Will Do
As a PGT Political Science Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering engaging lesson plans for Political Science, aligned with the Uttar Pradesh Board curriculum
- Assessing student progress and providing regular feedback to students and parents
- Supporting students with special needs and developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as needed
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement Departmental Plans and Academic Plans for the school
- Mentoring junior teachers and contributing to the development of a positive and supportive school culture
- Preparing students for board exams and other assessments, and helping them to achieve their career goals
- Developing and maintaining relationships with parents and guardians, and keeping them informed about student progress
- Participating in school-wide initiatives and activities, such as debates, moot courts, and Model United Nations simulations
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Political Science and incorporating new ideas and approaches into your teaching practice
- Contributing to the development of the school's curriculum and assessment frameworks

- A Master's degree in Political Science or a related subject
- A B.Ed or M.Ed degree, and a valid CTET certification
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a senior secondary school setting
