About This Role

Eligibility
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Political Science or related field
- B.Ed. or equivalent degree
- 2 years of experience in teaching Political Science at senior secondary level
- Good understanding of Uttar Pradesh State Board curriculum
Good to Have:
- M.Ed. or M.A. in Education
- NET or SET qualification in Political Science
- Experience in mentoring junior teachers
- Knowledge of school management software and educational technology
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject expertise in Political Science
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Uttar Pradesh State Board curriculum and assessment patterns
