What You Will Do

Develop interactive teaching methods using case studies, debates, and current affairs to enhance student engagement.
Mentor junior teachers and support departmental coordination for academic events and parent-teacher interactions.
Organize subject-specific workshops, quiz competitions, and model UN simulations to build analytical skills.
Monitor student progress and provide career guidance for those aiming for civil services, law, or political science studies.
Contribute to curriculum enrichment and resource development in collaboration with the school leadership.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Political Science with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
B.Ed or M.Ed degree in relevant specialization.
At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience in Political Science at senior secondary level.
Preference for candidates with NET/SET qualification or prior experience in competitive exam coaching.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi for effective classroom delivery and parent interaction.
