Assess student performance through quizzes, homework, and periodic tests to track progress. Collaborate with other teachers to share teaching strategies and resources for better classroom outcomes. Participate in academic meetings to discuss student performance trends and curriculum adjustments.
Periodic Responsibilities
Organize mathematics competitions or workshops to boost student engagement and confidence. Attend professional development workshops to stay updated on teaching methodologies and educational trends. Prepare and submit periodic reports on student achievements and areas requiring improvement.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a strong background in mathematics. Possess a graduate degree in mathematics or a related field. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in Mathematics Teacher Job in Lucknow or similar settings. Familiarity with TET/CTET guidelines is preferred but not mandatory.
