This position requires a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree as the minimum qualification, with a graduate degree in English or a related field preferred. Three years of teaching experience, particularly in English or language education, is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for literature, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit students’ evolving needs.
