Utilize digital and traditional teaching tools to make concepts accessible and interactive. Monitor student performance, conduct regular assessments, and adjust teaching approaches based on individual learning needs. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and curriculum review sessions to support overall academic growth.
Qualification
A graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field is essential. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position. A valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate should demonstrate strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude, with a focus on making mathematics accessible to young learners.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting. Experience in teaching mathematics to students in the primary and upper primary segments is particularly beneficial.
