Maintain cleanliness and safety of the studio, ensuring all tools are stored properly. Record student progress and provide immediate feedback on assignments.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle
Plan and implement a curriculum that aligns with state educational standards. Coordinate with other teachers to integrate art projects into interdisciplinary units. Organise student exhibitions and craft fairs to showcase student work. Monitor classroom behavior and foster a supportive learning environment.
Periodic responsibilities
Organise quarterly art competitions and invite parents to view student portfolios. Conduct annual craft workshops for parents and community members. Evaluate student portfolios at the end of each term and suggest individualized improvement plans.
Qualification and experience
Graduate degree required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Art and Craft in a school setting. Ability to inspire students and manage a busy studio environment is essential.
Salary and location
Full‑time position at Chrianjiv Bharati School, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Salary range Rs.14,000 – Rs.24,000 per month.
