Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver Art And Craft Teacher Vacancy in Lucknow themed lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum for Classes 1 to 5.
2. Organize monthly art exhibitions and craft fairs to showcase student work.
3. Source low-cost, eco-friendly materials suitable for classroom use.
4. Conduct drawing, painting, sculpture, and DIY craft workshops regularly.
5. Maintain a clean and organized art room with proper storage for supplies.
6. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate art into cross-curricular projects.
7. Assess and document student progress in art skills and creativity.
8. Participate in parent-teacher meetings to share student artwork and progress.
9. Follow school safety protocols while handling art materials.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
- Graduate in Fine Arts or related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Art And Craft in a school.
- Familiarity with primary school curriculum and age group.
- Residence in Lucknow or willingness to relocate.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET qualification.
- Experience in organizing art competitions and events.
- Knowledge of digital art tools and techniques.
- Training in Montessori or activity-based learning.
- Ability to speak Hindi and English fluently.
Preferred Skills
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Creative lesson planning with limited resources.
- Ability to work in a team with other educators.
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
- Basic knowledge of art history and famous artists.
