Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare monthly and weekly art lesson plans aligned with primary curriculum.
2. Conduct interactive art demonstrations and hands-on activities for students.
3. Organize art exhibitions and craft fairs within the school premises.
4. Prepare simple worksheets and art assignments for reinforcement.
5. Maintain a clean and organized art corner in the classroom.
6. Communicate regularly with parents about student progress in art.
7. Participate in school events and contribute to art-related decorations.
Eligibility
Graduate in Fine Arts or relevant field from a recognized university. Must have completed B.Ed or D.El.Ed. CTET qualification is mandatory. Prior teaching experience of at least 3 years in primary art education is preferred. Candidates with NET, SET, or M.Ed will be given preference.
Salary and Benefits
Salary ranges from Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include provident fund and school holidays as per government norms.
