- Developing and implementing the school's Art And Craft curriculum
- Mentoring junior staff members to ensure effective teaching practices

- Conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback to teachers
- Maintaining a well-equipped Art And Craft room with diverse materials and resources
- Collaborating with the Head of Department to plan and execute school events and exhibitions

- Monitoring and maintaining student records and progress reports
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives

- A post-graduate degree (B.Ed) with a specialization in Art And Craft Education
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting

- Familiarity with Uttar Pradesh school regulations and curricula
