Your Students
You will be teaching a diverse group of students with varying learning levels in our inclusive classroom in Lucknow. Our students come from different backgrounds and have different abilities, and it is essential that you can differentiate your instruction to cater to their diverse needs. You will be expected to create a safe and supportive learning environment where every student feels valued and respected.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive dance lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes physical activity, creativity, and self-expression.
- Use differentiated instruction to cater to the diverse learning levels of our students.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies that are tailored to the needs of our students.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their dance skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.
- Attend training and professional development sessions to enhance your dance teaching skills.
Who Can Apply
We are looking for a qualified PRT Dance Teacher who is passionate about teaching dance and has experience working with diverse groups of students. You should have a graduate degree and a relevant teaching qualification such as B.Ed or D.El.Ed. While a TET or CTET certification is not essential, it is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in teaching dance to students with varying learning levels and abilities.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and understanding when working with students who may have special needs.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative lesson plans.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Rs.14,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive staff environment.
