Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field from a recognized university
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
- Minimum 3 years of English teaching experience in a primary school
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Basic computer skills for lesson planning and record-keeping
Good to Have
- CTET or TET certification
- Experience with activity-based learning methods
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment tools
- Exposure to blended learning or digital teaching tools
- Previous work in reputed schools in Uttar Pradesh
