About This Role

3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and involve them in their child's education.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas to improve teaching and learning.
6. Participate in school-wide initiatives and activities that promote language and literacy development among students.
7. Stay updated with the latest curriculum developments, teaching methods, and technologies to ensure effective and engaging teaching practices.
8. Contribute to the development of the English language curriculum and resources for the school.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in English or a related field, along with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification. You should also have a valid CTET certificate and at least 3 years of experience in teaching English in a primary school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents, are essential for this role.
